Dr. Jeffrey Sirianni

Dr. Jeffrey Sirianni

Audiologist

Jeffrey G. Sirianni, Au.D is a board-certified audiologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. Dr. Sirianni received his doctorate in audiology from Salus University with additional training at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science from Springfield College and a master’s degree in Neuroscience is from the University of Hartford. Dr. Sirianni spent several years as a researcher in auditory neurophysiology and psychoacoustics before entering the clinical field of audiology. He holds memberships and has served in leadership positions in various professional organizations including the American Academy of Audiology, Texas Academy of Audiology, and the Scott Haug Audiology Foundation. In addition, Dr. Sirianni was the founder and moderator of an internet discussion forum on professional topics of audiology.

Dr. Sirianni resides in Kerrville with his wife Lezlie, who is a Head Start teacher with Kerrville ISD, and their three sons, Jordan, Mason and Stefan. He and Lezlie are active members of their church and together they have been involved with various church and civic organizations including Symphony of the Hills, Notre Dame Catholic School, Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of the Hills Regional Catholic High School, The Pregnancy Resource Center, and Kerrville Parks and Recreation.

Dr. Eric Hicks

Audiologist

Dr. Eric Hicks graduated from Medina High School and obtained his Bachelors of Science in Communication disorder from Texas A&M University Kingsville. He then obtained his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Dr. Hicks currently lives in Kerrville with his wife Charity and his daughters Abigail and Hannah. He is very active in his church community, enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his family outdoors, and woodworking.

Ann Barsch

Ann Barsch, MS

Audiologist

Ann Barsch has been practicing audiology for over 37 years. Originally from the Midwest, she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology from the University of Iowa in 1977 followed by her Master of Science Degree in Audiology from Purdue University in 1979. She worked as a clinical audiologist at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston before opening her private audiology practice in Fredericksburg in 1984.

Ann is Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She also maintains membership in the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the Texas Academy of Audiology. She is a past president of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and P.E.O., Chapter IB, a philanthropic educational organization. Ann is also active in her church’s Emmaus Community.

Ann shares her practice location with her husband, Tim Barsch, DDS and with Will Stehling, DDS. Ann and Tim have two grown daughters. Meredith Itz, her husband Lorne and daughter, Finley live in Fredericksburg. Carena Sears and her husband Clay live in Midland.

Vicky

Vicky Khamsiry

Office Staff

Born in Hondo and raised in Kerrville, Vicky has been with Hill Country Audiology Service since 2008. She has many responsibilities including coordinating the office schedule, filing insurance claims, answering patient questions, helping with accessories and supplies, and even repairing hearing aids. Vicky is a tremendous asset to our office, just ask any of our patients. She and her husband Johnny reside in Kerrville with sons Albert and Justin.

Nicole

Nicole Ybarra

Office Staff

Nicole was born and raised in Kerrville, Texas. She attended Tivy High School and then went on to get her degree in Early Childhood. She is a mother of two, Mariah and Hayden. She and her family have been in the hill country all her life. Nicole has been with Hill Country Audiology since April 2016. Very knowledgeable can help troubleshoot problems,coordinates the office schedule, answering patient questions, helping with accessories and supplies, and repairing hearing aids. She works in Kerrville Monday Wednesday and Fridays on Tuesdays and Thursdays she is at the Fredericksburg location.
