Dr. & Mrs. Jeffrey and Lezlie Sirianni are proud to announce that their oldest son Jordan Sirianni has recently achieved the award of Eagle Scout. As the highest award obtainable through the Boy Scouts of America, the recipient of the Eagle Scout award must, before their 18th birthday, complete 21 merit badges, show leadership and demonstrate community service by completing a service project, and be approved for advancement by local scouting leaders. Jordan’s community service project was completed in August 2015 when he and a group of scouts compiled care packs containing school supplies, toiletries, and other personal items to be distributed to children received into the care of K-Star. As a member of Troop 111 (Notre Dame Catholic Church), Jordan becomes the troop’s 68th Eagle Scout recipient since the inception of Troop 111 in 1996. Jordan and his family appreciate all of the support and efforts from Mr. Robert Collier and Mrs. Darlene Karthauser during Jordan’s years of Scouting with Troop 111. Jordan is currently a senior at Our Lady of the Hills Regional Catholic High School and plans to attend the University of Texas at Tyler starting in the fall of 2016 with the hope of becoming a physical therapist.
